How to Use the Invoice

1. Customize For Your Business by adding your logo, contact information, sales tax rate and saving as a new file that you can reuse as a template for each new client you add to your project list.
2. Customize For Each Client by adding their mailing address and saving as a new file that you can reuse as a template for that client each time you bill them
3. Complete Each New Invoice with invoice number, date, date due,  date of service or purchase request, description of item or service, quantity, price or rate. 
4. Save and/or Print. Save or print each as a new file to maintain a paperless office, or print a hard copy for your files.

The invoice calculates the sales tax (if applicable) and the total amount due for you.

Simple Invoice  Requires MS Excel 2000 or later version. Ready for immediate download.
