How to Use the Invoice
- Customize For Your Business by adding your
logo, contact information, sales tax rate and saving
as a new file that you can reuse as a template for
each new client you add to your project list.
- Customize For Each Client by adding their
mailing address and saving as a new file that you
can reuse as a template for that client each time
you bill them
- Complete Each New Invoice with invoice
number, date, date due, date of service or
purchase request, description of item or service, quantity,
price or rate.
- Save and/or Print. Save or print each as a
new file to maintain a paperless office, or print a
hard copy for your files.
The invoice calculates the sales tax (if applicable)
and the total amount due for you.
