Webinar & Web Conferencing Services

During Your Webinar: CONFERENCE Format

  1. 1/2 hour before your webinar is to begin, clear off your desk, and have a pen and paper handy. You may wish to take notes for yourself about the webinar experience or your presentation to remember for next time.
  2. Close down all desktop applications that you may be using and delete any unnecessary icons and pictures from your desktop. 
  3. Open only those desktop applications that you will be using for your presentation.
  4. 15 minutes before your webinar is to begin, call us at 763-535-0880 to let us know that you are ready. We will log into the system to begin allowing others to join the call.
  5. Call the phone number provided.
  6. Enter the conference code.
  7. Enter the pass code for your presenter status. This will allow all participants to hear you and to allow us to pass you the desktop controls.
  8. Visit the URL provided.
  9. Log into the system with the conference code provided.
  10. You should be able to view our desktop.
  11. At the official start time of your webinar, we will prepare participants with an introduction to the webinar format for conferences.
  12. If you have purchased recording services, we will begin the recording process.
  13. We will read the bio you have prepared for us.
  14. We will "pass the screen" to you. This will allow participants to see your screen and your presentation.
  15. You may begin your presentation at this time.
  16. When your presentation is complete, we will accept questions from the participants via a chat screen and read them aloud to you for you to answer.
  17. When questions are complete, we will thank participants for attending and close with your contact information
  18. If you have purchased recording services, we will stop the recording process, compile the file and email the file to you.
